Join Bindi for 3 hours of Yin and Restorative yoga.
Carve out this sacred time to rejuvenate the body, connect to your heart and breath, and find stillness of the mind. A retreat for the senses and every cell of your body.
Your retreat will be a beautiful balance of Yin and Restorative yoga. Yin postures will stimulate the connective tissue and encourage the flow of Qi around the body to remove blockages and promote organ health. While Restorative poses will see you held with support to encourage the parasympathetic nervous system response and deep rest.
